Our 21-Day Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
Items, excluding machinery, must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Machinery can be returned if it has been used, provided it is in good working condition and shows no signs of excessive wear or damage, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns (receipt or order confirmation email).
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
· Custom or personalized products
· Items marked as final sale
· Gift cards

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 21 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Please include the RMA number with your return package to ensure timely processing.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days or depending on your card issuer's policies.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.

Changes to the Return Policy:
